What will affect the service life of synchronous pulley?

　　The first is due to improper handling by workers during the maintenance of synchronous pulleys.

　　In the second case, because the designer did not design according to the standard of the design drawing in the design process, the material distribution was uneven, resulting in the deviation between the synchronous pulley and the actual model in use.

　　In the last case, no suitable synchronous pulley is selected to be installed on the appropriate machine. Its strength can not meet the requirements of machine operation. Or the belt pulley with too much strength is selected to be installed on the machine with less power, which causes the machine to jam. For manufacturers, only the last case meets the improvement criteria. The manufacturer shall establish a survey form for the power of various matching products, and mark each formed product according to certain standards in product design, so as to prevent the occurrence of the last situation.
